PostPosted: Tue Feb 09, 2010 7:50 am    Post subject: New blog: Female Killers Reply with quote

I recently created a new blog. A hobby for me to work with on the side of things. The blog is dedicated to telling the stories of various female killers. I try to update once a week. Here are the women I have thus far.

Jasmine Richardson

The infamous 12-year old who conspired with her 23-year old boyfriend to murder her family.

Brenda Spencer

The teenager who went on a shooting spree near an elementary school in San Diego, 1979.

Stacey Lannert

A victim of sexual abuse from her father since third grade finally returns the favor.

Here's the disclaimer, if you have a weak stomach, this site is not for you. It's not that my site is particularly graphic, it is simply that if I have graphic material, I WILL use it. I will not hold back details. Also, this is just a side blog for me that is not intended to have any credible merit whatsoever. If I make a mistake about the details, then fuck me, I'll just have to live with that on my conscience. I mean, I probably will fix it if it's alerted to me, but my blog should not be taken as an official source of any kind.

Here's the website:

Don't forget Mary Bell.

How about Aileen Wuornos?

And lest we forget, Elizabeth Bathory. Stitching a maid's mouth shut aughta count for something.

How about Karla Homolka?

Every single one of those have been on my "To Do" list since I started.

Also wanting to do Melinda Loveless, Sylvia Seegriest, Myra Hindley, and Winnie Ruth Judd. Those are some I really want to get to.

Diane Downs, Tracy Connelly and Therese Kouao deserve special mention.

Infanticide is probably not what you were going for with the “females that kill” blog, especially considering the post-partum depression angle, but these three darlings are in a league all their own.

Downs shot her three children because the man in her life indicated he didn’t like kids.

Kouao and her lover Karl Manning tortured a young girl with cerebral palsy to death.

Connelly was partly responsible for the torture death of her baby son Peter (known as “Baby P” in the UK press). She didn’t actually deliver any blows herself, but she allowed her lover Stephen Barker to mercilessly torture the toddler to death and covered up his crimes when social workers visited.

The “Baby P” story is probably the most horrific case of child abuse I’ve had the misfortune to come across. The harrowing details were published in rather salacious fashion by the UK tabloid The Sun. You can read about it here if you have the stomach:

http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/news/article73228.ece

There’s a website called ‘People you’ll meet in Hell” which outlines a number of similar incidents to the above three – pathetic human beings who torture or kill their own children for no particular reason (and other heartwarming stories) – but none quite so jaw-droppingly heinous as the “Baby P” saga. I wouldn't advise reading the archives on that site unless you want to become completely disillusioned with the human race.

The recurring theme is that a woman places her romantic needs above the welfare of her child. Usually she is herself a victim of childhood abuse, and never develops the capacity to love. The men, too, are usually always abuse victims. The unbelievably sadistic Steven Barker, who tortured Baby P to death, was abused by both his father and older brother (who was fond of burning him with cigarettes).

"I see children crying, I watch them grow..."

What a wonderful world.

P.S. Apparently Barker just received 3rd degree burns to his face via a righteous fellow inmate, who threw boiling water on him as punishment for his crimes. I'd like to say I take some satisfaction in this development, but when I think of the child Barker being burned by cigarettes, it's only depressing.

I intend to write about Diane Downs someday. I hadn't heard of the other two. Thanks for that. I miss an update this week but I should get around to one next time.

Laurie Dann. She used to leave raw meat sitting around rotting in her living room. Yuk! Why did I read this thread? Now I'm going to have bad dreams.

What's strange to me is that the midwest spawns so many kooks. Same thing holds in the truth movement, I might add.

You think that's bad? Read up on Katherine Knight. Makes Laurie Dann look like the tooth fairy.

Positively vomitous. But I still say Stephen Barker holds the record for cruelty against a child, lowest of the low, sadism on a scale forgotten since the middle ages, gitmo or prison guards.

"baby P"

That Barker was himself viciously abused as a child doesn't seem to make it all better. Just makes the situation all the more depressing.

I"m curious to hear your opinions on the "Baby P" matter. Please comment.

I really need to get back on this blog. I've been planning the Blood Countess for several months now.

The death of Peter Connelly was horrid, no doubt, but as female killers are my forte', I must direct you to the case of Gertrude Baniszewski. I don't know as much the specifics of the Baby P case and what kind of things were done to him, but the things Gertrude did to the teenager "Sylvia Likens" are among the worst things I've ever heard.

Gertrude took Sylvia and her sister into her home as a favor to their parents while they worked across the state, in exchange for $20 a week. The abuse started when the first payment failed to arrive. Even though it wasn't their fault, she beat both girls as punishment. Later, she accused them of stealing candy (which they had, in fact, bought) and beat them again. This is classic sadism, where she's literally using any reason at her disposal as an excuse to inflict pain. But it only got worse, mostly for Sylvia.

The abuse was both verbal and physical. She'd get her older children to help in beating Sylvia, such as pushing her down stairs, and frequently accused her of being a prostitute. This escalated even further. Gertrude started a frequent practice of burning her with a lit cigarette, and while once again accusing her of prostitution, she forced her to insert a coca-cola bottle into her vagina in front of a group of neighborhood boys.

After this, Gertrude kept her locked in the basement, and began a bathing ritual to "cleanse" Sylvia, which included dousing her with scalding water and rubbing salt in her burns. She was kept naked, rarely fed, and occasionally she would force her to eat her own feces.

Sylvia's sister, Jenny, did manage to contact her older sister, Diana, about the atrocities happening, but Diana ignored it, believing she was just displeased with what was probably normal discipline. Diana did come to visit on one occasion, though, but Baniszewski would not allow her into her home, saying she had run away after she was kicked out for being a prostitute. When Diana saw Jenny at the side of the house, Jenny said, "I'm not allowed to speak to you" and ran away, prompting Diana to contact the authorities. A social service worker showed up, but Gertrude forced Jenny to lie to the social worker, saying she had indeed run away.

Can it get any worse? Yes. Here's the worst of it. Gertrude had Sylvia tied up to a bed and, with a red-hot sewing needle, carved the words "I'm a prostitute and proud of it" into her abdomen.

The next day, Gertrude had Sylvia write a runaway letter to her parents. Gertrude formed a plan to have the boys dump Sylvia's body somewhere for her to die. Sylvia overheard this, tried to escape, but failed. She was taken to the basement where she was beaten until she was unconscious.

The next day, Gertrude was going to give her another bath, but she couldn't. Sylvia was dead. One of the children panicked and called the police, and Gertrude used the letter she'd made Sylvia write to assist in some kind of cover story. Amidst the commotion, Jenny Likens whispered to one of the police officers, "Get me out of her, and I'll tell you everything." Gertrude, along with her children, were arrested for her torture and murder.

One of the more interesting things in the aftermath of this case was during a psychiatric exam. She was asked to make a self-portrait, and she drew her fingers as very long and claw-like. This is a common sign of sadism.

I remember all of this from a bit I read on what was then called "the crime of the century".

The "mother" used to delight in allowing neigborhood boys to sexually abuse her and use her as a punching bag.

But with Baby P, he wasn't even pubescent. After having his spine broken, barely able to move, he managed to smile at a social worker.

And everyone stood around while Barker trained his dog to bight the tot on his tiny skull, while Barker tore off his fingernails and toe-nails with pliers, and cracked his spine in two, and made him Seig Heil, and shot all of the lovely footage on cell phone, which was then buried in a park.

So far as I can recall in what we narcissistically call "western society"l, there is no incident quite so horrible as the Baby P saga. And it wasn't just become of the "man". It was because of the "woman" who refused to come to her baby's aid. As well as the myriad of social workers and doctors.

Yes, that's quite horrible. One of the few things that really..."gets to me"...would be crimes against children. Torturing them especially. I can look at blood, organs, heads cracked open, anything else, but I really, REALLY hate it when something happens to a child. It changes everything for me.

I also hate pricks who blame their parents.

What opinion are you looking for? I think the Baby P murder was horrible. Are you talking about Steven Barker's insinuation that his parents were blame? Then I think that, while parenting does have an impact on a person's psychology, it is far from an excuse to perpetrate such heinous acts on a small child.
