Here we are. 150 DVDs, 150 '11 Remarkable facts' cards, and 2 truther tee shirts

Throw in a video cam and a still cam, and you have yourself a truth action


It was raining. Luckily for me, the CTV folks were nice enough to have an awning to keep me dry


Maybe it was because it was 9/11 but everyone was grabbing up the DVDs. only a few refused, and none of them were rude about it. Yay!


If you haven't bought a We Are Change shirt yet, do it. You need the shirt, and they need the money


I had a friend join me who wants to remain nameless. She tackled the other side of the street and really helped out a lot.


There's two more people waking up from their sleep. I love it!

Eventually, the building sent out a squeeky-voiced teen to tell me to go away. I thought about arguing about my freedom to assemble, my right to expression, etc. I looked down and had already gotten rid of 141 of 150 discs, so I decided not to get the kid in trouble with his boss, and headed off to the bus stop. I had gotten rid of my remaining discs before I reached the bus


At the Albert & Metcalfe bus stop, someone else had scribbled the following message. So yes, there are many other truthers in Ottawa. Hoping I can find them for next month

As always, keep up the fight. We're winning the hearts and minds now, and I'll tell ya, there's a lot less resistance to the truth now that the lies upon lies upon lies have become that obvious

I concentrated on taking footage that will show really how many people were on the streets with us...local media from independent sources were there to report on us...one being Cal State University Northridge and the other an up and coming website ANCIENTUNIVERSITY.ORG...a reporter from KTLA or KCAL did come out and shoot video of Johnny Wave but of course it did not end up on the news last night

The truth actions of Calgary 9/11 Truth for September 11th 2007.

What an amazing day! This was my first rally/demonstration with fellow truthers. I drove about an hour to join the rally put on by PNAC (http://www.pnacitizen.org) on the UT Campus. It was a amazing experience to say the least. My only regret is I could only spend a few hours and forgot to include group pictures of myself and others. I got a lot of complements on my red WTC 7 shit. I met so many cool people it was ridiculous. It was a pleasure speaking with all of you! Local ABC news and 590 KLBJ radio were there.

On Monday the 10th ten of us carpooled up to Bloomington, Indiana to hear lectures by Kevin Ryan, Richard Gage, and Steven Jones.
We got to chat with these three brave and articulate professional whistleblowers afterwords.
We also got to meet 9/11 truth organizers from Bloomington and South Bend.

On Tuesday four or five of us put banners up on I-264 for a couple hours. We heard so many horns honking in approval.
Truckers especially were expressing support. We also got a horn honk from a passing police patrol car!

We moved on two two seperate pedestrian bridges over I-64 near the Indiana/Kentucky stateline.
We received even more support there and had a much larger group of activists, about 15 or 16 I think.
At one point the cops because they received a bogus report that we were throwing eggs at cars.
The cops thought it was BS but searched us for eggs anyway and left after telling us we have the right to protest.

Then we went to an event at Spalding University hosted by The League of Women Voters, The United Nations, and a 9/11 victims' family group called Our Voices Together.
We gave them a huge dose of 9/11 Truth and they were very receptive.

I met a woman whose mother was killed on Flight 77 who is doing great charity and activist work in honor of her mother.
She lives in Philidelphia, so I told her about Bob McIlvaine and she plans on getting in touch with him.

I also met an older gentleman that volunteers with LWV and he was very impressed with the information we shared and is very interested working with us, having lost a friend in The Pentagon on 9/11.

One of the local coordinators for the anti-war group Iraq Summer exchanged contact info with us and is interested in our groups taking action together.

Also, the host/moderator said that she want a new 9/11 investigation.

The event was professionally recorded and I'll have a copy soon, from which I will post highlights here. (I might post the whole thing).

Afterwords a group of us went to Louisville's famous skate park and talking to alot of very informed and concerned young people that want to get active with us.

It was an incredible day.

We started the day off bright and early and arrived at the University of Texas campus to give an interview with Kate Weidaw, morning reporter at KXAN. Ms. Weidaw contacted our group last week and asked for the interview because she believes our group has a "unique perspective" on the events of September 11th.

Kate and her camera man sat down with Joseph Kilgus, co-founder of Austin 9/11 Truth Now, prior to the interview and expressed many of the same concerns that 9/11 "truthers" have about that day, including how the Bush Administration failed us, how they have profited greatly from the events, how it has resulted in the loss of civil liberties, how those who think outside of the box are ridiculed as "conspiracy theorists" and that there IS a need to ask questions and demand the answers.

The cameraman is a listener of several radio hosts and has spent a lot of his time watching documentaries and perusing websites, but both of them expressed concern over an audience who is still reluctant to join the mainstream movement of those searching for the truth. As such, some of the questions were tame, and time was short, so we didn't get to say nearly what we wanted to say, but it was awesome that KXAN, the only news company offering the "opposing view" contacted us to express our concerns to the viewing audience.
